We are arranging a group Cultural Tour for May 27.
We will be exploring historic Intramuros in partnership with Old Manila Walks from 3pm to 530pm.
Should you wish to attend the tour, please prepare around PhP 1500 per person (rates subject to changes depending on the number of participants).
The fee is already inclusive of a guided tour and museum entrances. The organizers will be collecting the payment on May 27. Register below if you’d like to reserve a slot.
City of Manila: Intramuros
Intramuros is the oldest district of the City of Manila. Dubbed the “Walled City,” it is the historic core of the Philippine capital. It was the seat of government during the Spanish colonial period. The walls the circle the district was started in the late 16th century to protect the city from foreign invasions. Intramuros was heavily damaged during World War II, and the walls were reconstructed in 1951, after it was declared a National Historical Monument. Many of the buildings’ exteriors within the dis-trict have been kept as they are, but have been repurposed for businesses and government offices.

We are expected to leave Microtel at around 2pm on May 27.
Note that meals will not be provided for the tour, so please bring bottled water and/or light snacks.
Moreover, we advise you to wear comfortable clothes for walking, and best if you bring an umbrella with you.
