Here are some general instructions:
1. Please fill out the form and click [Register].
2. When you register successfully, you should receive an e-mail with your details and a link to the Payment Page (on this page and in your email). If you do not intend to pay online, you can ignore the link.
3. If you are paying online, please click [Pay] at the Payment Page, so it will direct you to a secure banking site. All online payments will require a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express); it will be done through a secure banking site (BDO).
4. Follow the instructions at the banking site. Please save/print a copy of payment confirmation for your own record.
Reminders regarding Conference Fees:
The conference fee covers all conference days. It allows attendance to all panels, sessions, workshops, as well as all performances to be staged as part of the conference. This fee includes lunch and snacks, as well as two conference dinners, and the conference kit. It excludes accommodations and travel expenses.
Rates have been computed to include 20 USD membership fee for Asian Shakespeare Association, as well as bank fees where applicable.
For International Participants, payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Local participants qualify for a discount, as indicated by the rate in Philippine Pesos.
Student Discount (Flat Rate): International 80 USD | Local 3000 PhP
Students (graduate and undergraduate) may avail of this discount. This rate may be paid online or on-site.
Proof of current enrollment must be sent to us via email after registering online. Failure to prove student status will lead the participant to being charged the full amount of the on-site fee (or the difference if student fee has been paid online) upon arrival at the event.
Early Bird Rate (until March 31): International 120 USD | Local 5000 PhP
The cut-off for the Early Bird Rate is March 31, at which the Regular Rate of 160 USD for International Participants and 6500 PhP for Local Participants will be implemented.
The Regular Rate will apply from April 1 to May 15, the deadline of Registration.
On-site Rate: International 170 USD | Local 7500 PhP
Please note that only those who have registered and paid by MAY 15, the deadline for registration, will have their names in the program and their abstracts in the book of abstracts.
To complete your registration, please make sure to pay the conference fee through the online payment portal that will be available at the end of the Registration process. Those who register but do not pay will be charged the On-Site Rate upon arrival at the venue. You may also choose to pay on-site. Receipts for all payments will be issued at the Conference.
